In 2007, we decided to make a dramatic change in the way we farm. The decision to uproot some of our fruit trees allowed for much needed space for the planting of young vines. After extensive research and taking the advice offered from reputable friends in the winemaking industry, Cabernet Franc and Riesling were chosen as the best contenders for our flagship varietals. We briefly sold our fruit to neighbouring wineries. Eventually, we realized that starting our own label was the next step in our growth.

This year, we continued our growth and produced some new varietals in addition to the tried and true favourites, including Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc Sur Lie, Chardonnay Musque and Gamay. For those who can't get enough of our signature wines, our Riesling, Riesling Brut, Handshake Series Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Franc Rosé are also available. We are steadfast in our decision to remain small and craft in order to provide you, our valued customer, with only the absolute premium quality products.
