Vine to Wine quality, with our moderate lakeside micro-climate, fruit growing heritage and bio-dynamic viticulture practices, which allow us to grow fruitier grapes in Ontario, including hard to grow varietals, such as Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Semillon.

Small batch wines crafted on quality NOT quantity. Our wine is crafted, not manufactured. We take an artisanal approach to wine making, fewer manipulations, less technology, no forced aging, organic-level sulphates, no lactose, no egg whites, vegan friendly. The result is a unique flavour, rare varietals, exclusive wines only available in our wine boutique, our website store and select restaurants, bars and clubs.
